seems like you have a great concept going on here, and I think it would do great as a movie-ish thing :P
Thing is, I don't know a first thing about animating / flash. Guess I could learn, but that takes time.
I won't say that it will never happen, though, because fate has always done some odd twists to me. Glad you like them, though.

Reptiles have nipples... that's a new one on me. The anatomy and coloring looks great, however her right upper arm looks a bit too short and her elbow looks displaced on the other. The legs are positioned nicely as well as the flow of the hair. As for the character in general, I'd say a shorter snout and she'd be ideal.

I dunno about the shorter snout, I'd say that's a matter of taste... But maybe it could be a 'little' shorter.
